The Lavender Hour Issue #1: Pride is Every Day
The Lavender Hour review is looking to explore the ways in which pride can be found in every day life. In the face of personal & legislative hate and the rise of fascism we stand firm in the pursuit of radical joy. We take an active stance on facilitating change by amplifying the voices of marginalized artists and writers. Though Pride is only recognized one month a year, we find pride in our lives every single day.
What does radical joy and finding pride in your every life look like for you? We are looking for submissions of prose, poetry, and visual art. Submissions will be open from April 1st- May 1st 2026. Please contact us via email and review the guidelines below.
